Working with my friends at
a verynice design studio, I created this flyer to support and market an upcoming event put on by
UCLA Men's Basketball to raise awareness and funding for

Impractically, Practical showcases artists and designers that use business as a cultural instigator, raising questions about the potential of transmedia communication to act as a catalyst to influence and initiate change on both global and local levels, through fictional entrepreneurship, and diegetic business.
In the spirit of being "Impractically, Practical," we conceptualized a display format that would take the most practical aspect of an exhibition - name cards - and display them in the most impractical way possible. A grid of exactly 1/2 pound of black yarn was used to suspend the artist names. The show was a great success, with over 200 gallery-goers trickling in throughout the night.

The publication (written by
Matthew Manos) features the artists in the show, and aims to theorize and invent two categories of business-design: fictional entrepreneurship and diegetic business, two definitions for tools I am proposing that allow for the use of fiction in business model design to innovate new products and services that help us better understand our present situation through narrative and / or critical dialogue.
StudyforaCause provides a sustainable way for American and International students in the United States to enhance their own education and the education of students in developing countries, one tutoring session at a time. Students Helping Students. I was approached by
a verynice design studio to develop the website and implement the organization's identity system to easily allow students to connect to tutors, and for tutors to connect to students.
This magazine was designed for Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy while freelancing for McGregor Creative. The magazine, released seasonally, aims to educate the Sacred Heart community on recent events, and various going-ons on campus.
The founder of YumYum Donuts' side project,

UCLA Athletics Timeline
In the summer of 2009, I was appointed to create the massive timeline display, the opening case in the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame. Spanning more than 100 years, the timeline reaches a height of 6 feet, and a length of 257 inches. Complete with trivia, news and priceless memorabilia, it is an eye-catching piece that students and alumni alike can enjoy.
The DMA Undergraduate Show is a chance for all undergrad students to display their work. With so many submissions, we decided to admit all pieces... thus creating MATTER.
Matthew Manos and I curated the show this year, giving us a chance to take a stab at being in charge of a space and filling it with beautiful pieces of art. It was a challenge that I was grateful to take on. The open night was packed. Success, indeed.
